At Phat Boy Sauces we do just one thing - sauce!
Our personal love for sauce is palpable, through the savoury smells in our kitchen, the taste of our sauces, and the joy we experience in the process. We liked some of the sauces that were on the market, but noticed that true, distinct flavour was often missing. We wanted a sauce or two that would enhance the flavour of meat, cheese or whatever it was poured over – not just over power it.
After many hours of trial and error we believe we have perfected complimentary sauces that allow flavours to shine through - from our medium strength 'Cinco de Mayo' all the way to our 'Dia de Meurtos' - guaranteed to bring life back into a corpse!
Our sauces were a hit with friends and family alike and, with encouragement from them, we decided to open up our hearts, kitchen, and sauces to everyone else.
This season's current 'stars' will be available at a variety of Surrey/Hampshire events - so why not come and say 'hello' and buy a jar or two? You won't regret it!

Every batch is hand made and differs slightly in chilli 'strength'. Our sauces contain garlic, fresh and dried chilli, salt, (lots of) onion, brown sugar and are suitable for 'meat dodgers' and hemp wearers.
Our sauces are fresh and created to use immediately and should be kept in a fridge once opened and consumed within 4 - 6 weeks.
